Executive reports
GUM MicroGuides
The full report given by the Chair was as follows:

In the past few days I have been in discussions with MicroWiki administrators and I am pleased to say that the platform for the new Guides project was set up earlier today at guides.micronations.wiki, thanks to the good efforts of the Lord Temporal of Mercia. I have decided that the official name of the project shall be GUM MicroGuides, and that there shall be three “series” of guides: Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced. Basic, as the name suggests, will be the bare essentials for getting a micronation started, such as designing a flag. Intermediate will be to help young micronations become more developed, and Advanced will be for well-established micronationalists who want to take their nations to the next level. I will be out of office between tomorrow and Monday, but once I return I intend to begin writing the first content. I will also be looking for additional guide writers – please let me know if you are interested, but I do ask that candidates have at least a year of micronational experience. I want the guides to be accessible to younger readers and those who do not speak English as a first language, so all the guides will be written using simple English.

The Austenasian delegate asked whether topics in the basic category, such as flag design, would also have a more in-depth version in the advanced category. The Chair stated that this would be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

The Nemkhav delegate praised the project.

Questions to the Chair
The Austenasian delegate asked whether there were any ideas for the location of the planned 2019 summit. The Chair stated that Birmingham was his first preference, with London as an option.

Any Other Business
The Austenasian delegate asked about the maintenance of the official list of delegates. The Chair reminded delegations that they must add all of their delegates to the official list.

The Austenasian delegate asked about the appointment of the Supreme Judge, the second Associate Justice, and the Press Secretary. The Chair stated that he would attempt to find candidates in time for the next Quorum, and noted that it was imperative to find a new Supreme Judge.

The Austenasian delegate stated that New Providence had expressed its wish to transfer its observership status to a successor state, Sunþrawegaz. The Chair moved that the Quorum recognise Sunþrawegaz as the successor state of New Providence. The Quorum divided:

Next Quorum
The next Quorum will probably take place on the weekend of the 8th-9th of September, as the Chair will be busy with freshers events for his university society and the Liberal Democrats federal party conference later in the month.

The Quorum was adjourned at 20:51 UTC.
