Diplomabear Rota
The Vice-Chair addressed the next item of business being the updates on the Diploma Bear rota. The Vice-Chair then asked the Iustian delegate on any progress. The Iustian delegate responded that Diplomabear had arrived in Iustus and had been passed on to Jupiter.
North American GUM summit
The Vice-Chair addressed the next item of business being the proposal of a North American GUM summit. The Vice-Chair then addressed that since the Secretary of Events and Summits was not present that the Quorum would move the the next order of business.
Further GCP development
The Vice-Chair addressed the next item of business being the continuation of the Greater Community Project (GCP). The Vice-Chair then brought to the Quorum the possibility of a different approach of the GCP. This proposal would be for a “… project run by the Secretary of Diplomacy and Recruitment, specifically for recruiting members of different communities and becoming a bridge between them.” The proposal was met with no objections and the Vice-Chair continued, ” I motion that the GUM Outreach Project be created as a GUM project led by the Secretary for Diplomacy & Recruitment with the following mission: recruiting members of different communities, making the GUM the bridge between different communities, and opening dialogue between community leaders on cooperation.”

The motion passed.
Update to Executive Proclamations
The Vice-Chair then brought the motion: ” that from henceforth, Executive Proclamations can be used to recognize the expiration of observership should an observer state be in breach of Article IV.I.F.i of the Charter, and that those times they have been used in the past for this purpose (i.e., Executive Proclamations II, IV, and VI) be recognized as retrospectively valid.” The Vice-Chair then brought to attention that the issue was already addressed and dismissed the motion.
Executive Proclamation
The Vice-Chair recognized that the observership period of the Republic of Agelonia has expired, and that it are no longer an observer state of the Grand Unified Micronational.
