Questions to the Chair
The delegate for Posaf stated his intent to bring forward a micronational version of the Paris Climate Accords, and, noting that the Supreme Judge had stated that such a proposal would have to be written in line with the GUM Charter, asked which part of the Charter was relevant. The Chair responded that the Charter states that every member state is sovereign, that the accords can only be enforced upon the states which sign it, and that the signature of the GUM itself would only state that the Quorum supports the treaty and encourages member states to sign it.

The Quorum was adjourned at 20:00 UTC.
